This article explains how to choose which columns are shown and how to filter your tickets on the Ticketing page.
Step 1. Open the Ticketing page
Click Inbound Calls in the top menu bar, then select Ticketing from the dropdown.
Step 2. Open the Filters panel
Click the Filters button in the table toolbar.
A panel opens. Filter categories are listed on the left, grouped into three sections: TICKET, CALL and APPOINTMENT.
Step 3. Choose a category and tick your values
Select a category, for example Urgency, Ticketing Status, Ticket Source or License Plate (TICKET section), Owner, Forwarded Call or Loaner Car (CALL section), or With/without Appointment, Appointment Status, Appointment Time or Category (APPOINTMENT section, shown as "Destination" on some screens).
Then tick the values you want on the right, for example Urgent or Not Urgent.
You can pick values from several categories at once before applying.
Step 4. Apply the filters
Click Apply at the bottom of the panel to apply your selections, or Clear All to reset them.
Step 5. Open the Columns panel
Click the Columns button, next to Filters.
The Manage Columns panel opens and lists every available column with a checkbox (Caller Name, Caller Phone, Customer Email, Dealership, Call Type, Ticketing Status and more).
Step 6. Show, hide, and reorder columns
Tick or untick a column to show or hide it, or click Select All to show every column.
To reorder columns, drag a column's handle (the dotted icon to the left of its name) up or down.
Step 7. Close the panel
Column changes are saved automatically. Click Done to close the panel.
Common issues to check
If your filters don't seem to have any effect, check that you clicked Apply before closing the panel. Unlike columns, filters are not saved automatically.
If you can't find a filter, scroll the category list on the left of the panel: it continues below the visible categories, in the TICKET, CALL and APPOINTMENT sections.
New tickets don't show up without a refresh
This is expected behavior, not a bug.
The Ticketing page loads the list of tickets once, when you open it. It doesn't automatically pull in tickets created afterwards, even when the "Live Data Feed" indicator is showing.
If a call just ended and you don't see its ticket yet, refresh the page (or leave Ticketing and come back) to reload the list.
If a ticket you expect is still missing a few minutes after refreshing, it may be a bug: check that the call actually ended, then contact support with the caller's number and the approximate call time.
Filtering by Business unit
The Business unit filter shows only the tickets for a specific department of your dealership, such as Workshop, Bodywork or Reception.
To use it, click Filters, then select Business unit in the TICKET section.
Choose one or more departments from the list and click Apply.
The active filter appears above the table.
You can remove it at any time by clicking the x next to it, or remove all filters with Clear All.
Saved filters
Once applied, your filters are saved automatically in your browser.
They stay in place when you refresh the page, move to another section of the platform or close your browser, so your view is ready each time you return to the Ticketing page.
Filters are saved for each user and each browser.
If you log in from another computer or browser, you can set them up again in a few clicks.
