Having trouble signing in on the login page? If you have never created a password for Sandra AI, you will need to sign up first using this link: https://app.sandra-ai.com/signup.
It takes you directly to the sign-up page. Use the same email address your administrator used to add you.
Step 1. Double-check your credentials
Make sure Caps Lock isn't on, and that you're entering the exact email address your account was created with.
Copy-pasting your password (rather than retyping it) can help rule out typos.
Step 2. First time logging in? Use your invitation or the sign-up link
When your administrator adds you to the platform, you receive an invitation email from Sandra AI with a secure link to set your password.
Click that link to get started.
If you can't find the invitation, go directly to the sign-up page using this exact link: https://app.sandra-ai.com/signup.
Sign up with the same email address your administrator used to add you.
If the invitation link has expired, ask your Manager or Group Admin to resend your invitation from the Users page.
Step 3. Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page rather than guessing repeatedly.
Too many failed attempts can temporarily lock the account for security reasons.
Your Group Admin or Manager can also send you a password reset link directly from your user profile.
You will receive an email with a secure link to choose a new password.
Step 4. Check if it's a browser-side issue
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies for the site, or open the login page in a private/incognito window.
A stuck or expired session is a common cause of login loops or "access denied" messages.
Step 5. Ask your account administrator
If your account was recently deactivated, changed, or removed from a dealership/group, only your organization's Sandra AI administrator (not our support team) may be able to restore your access, depending on how your account is managed.
Step 6. Still blocked?
Contact support at [email protected] with: the email address tied to your account, the exact error message shown (a screenshot helps), and the approximate time you were locked out.
For security reasons, never share your password with anyone, including support: we will never ask for it.
